QParents App was Launched 2015

What is QParents? QParents is an online portal that provides a convenient new way for parents to communicate with their child’s school. As a parent, you can view your child’s student information and also submit changes to some of their details. The information that can be viewed includes report cards, attendance records, and timely access to invoices and payment details. Parents will also be able to update their child’s details, pay invoices online, and let the school know of changes to normal routine, such as when their child is unwell or has to leave early.
Other processes to facilitate communication include:
  • newsletters
  • interviews
  • parent information sessions: "My Time"
  • e-mails
  • school website
  • annual school report
  • telephone conversations
  • informal social gatherings
  • principal reports to the P&C and School Council
  • student report cards each semester
  • Individual Curriculum Plan (ICP) or Personal Future Action Plan (PFAP) planning conferences
  • ICP or PFAP review meetings
  • visits to the classroom and school.
Telephones are provided in all classrooms to facilitate ready contact between home and school at break times and before and after school. Teachers should not be contacted at home. The Principal can be contacted at most times on the general telephone number. This telephone has after hours voice-mail service and is regularly monitored.
