School Governance
Mudgeeraba Special School is fortunate to have an active and highly supportive Parents and Citizens association. All parents, families and carers are encouraged to participate in P&C activities. The P&C Uniform Coordinator manages the sale of school uniforms. The order form is attached to the P&C Uniform Management link.

As an Independent Public School our school maintains a School Council to discuss Strategic Directions of the school. The President of P&C and Principal are automatic nominees and there are 3 nominated staff and parent representatives. The Council meets each term.
A leadership Team made up of Teacher and Teacher Aide Team representatives meets with the Principal or Deputies weekly to ensure the Line of Sight.
The school has a Local Coordinating Council to discuss the operational and strategic directions of the school from staff perspective. It is made up of the union representatives and administration.
The school is also a member of the School Chaplaincy Local Coordinating Council of Greenheart Cluster to support our chaplaincy program .
