At Mudgeeraba Special School Senior Campus, we strive to provide programs and experiences that engage students to ensure they are 'Ready and Able' to transition to post school life.

Partnerships with community and businesses support our students to transition to the next phase of their lives. Students learning and skill development is strengthened by real world opportunities offered within these partnerships.

Senior School Curriculum

Senior school curriculum offers a wide range of opportunities for our students aligned with the Australian Curriculum.

Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope (PATH)

The PATH is a graphic facilitation to develop an achievable and realistic goal for the future based on 'the dream' and implements backwards planning to create a step-by-step path to achieving that goal.

Personal Future Action Plan (PFAP)

The PFAP is reviewed each semester, and encompasses short and long-term goals across the areas of Vocational, Living Arrangements and Social and Recreation. Strategies are developed to support students to achieve their goals, and different environments are considered- including home, school and partnerships.
